Terms and Conditions

Article 1 (Purpose)

  • These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") are intended to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the user and the service provider, (Company Name) (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider"), in relation to the use of the membership services (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by the Service Provider's website.
  • ① This Agreement shall be disclosed to users by posting it on the service screen or by any other means, and it shall take effect when users who agree to this Agreement join the service.
  • ② The Service Provider may modify the contents of this Agreement when deemed necessary. The modified Agreement shall be notified to users by posting it on the service screen for direct confirmation.
  • ③ If users do not agree to the modified Agreement, they may discontinue using the service and cancel their membership registration. If users continue to use the service, it shall be deemed that they have agreed to the modified Agreement, and the modified Agreement shall take effect in the same manner as described in the preceding clause.
  • ④ If users agree to the contents of this Agreement, this Agreement shall take precedence in the service provision activities of the Service Provider and the service usage activities of users. This Agreement shall take precedence over the privacy policy provided by the Service Provider. Matters not specified in this Agreement shall be governed by the relevant laws and customs of South Korea, including the Telecommunications Basic Act, the Personal Information Protection Act, the Telecommunications Business Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, the Regulations of the Korea Communications Standards Commission, the Code of Ethics for Information and Communications, the Program Protection Act, and other applicable laws.

Article 2 (Effect and Amendment of the Agreement)

  • ① This Agreement shall be disclosed to users by posting it on the service screen or by any other means, and it shall take effect when users who agree to this Agreement join the service.
  • ② The Service Provider may modify the contents of this Agreement when deemed necessary. The modified Agreement shall be notified to users by posting it on the service screen for direct confirmation.
  • ③ If users do not agree to the modified Agreement, they may discontinue using the service and cancel their membership registration. If users continue to use the service, it shall be deemed that they have agreed to the modified Agreement, and the modified Agreement shall take effect in the same manner as described in the preceding clause.
  • ④ If users agree to the contents of this Agreement, this Agreement shall take precedence in the service provision activities of the Service Provider and the service usage activities of users. This Agreement shall take precedence over the privacy policy provided by the Service Provider. Matters not specified in this Agreement shall be governed by the relevant laws and customs of South Korea, including the Telecommunications Basic Act, the Personal Information Protection Act, the Telecommunications Business Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, the Regulations of the Korea Communications Standards Commission, the Code of Ethics for Information and Communications, the Program Protection Act, and other applicable laws.

Article 3 (Definition of Terms)

  • ① The definitions of terms used in these terms and conditions are as follows:
    • 1. User: A member or non-member who accesses the service and receives the services provided by the service provider.
    • 2. Member: An individual who accesses the service, agrees to these terms and conditions, and completes the registration process, including the issuance of an ID (unique number) and password, and verification through text message or other authentication methods.
    • 3. Non-member: An individual who uses the services provided by the service provider without registering as a member.
    • 4. ID (Unique Number): A combination of alphanumeric characters selected by the user and approved by the service provider for the purpose of user identification and service usage.
    • 5. Password: A combination of letters and numbers set by the user for the protection of their information.
    • 6. Termination of Use: The expression of intent by the service provider or member to terminate the service agreement after using the service.
  • ② The definitions of terms used in these terms and conditions, excluding those defined in Paragraph 1, shall be governed by relevant laws and regulations and the specific instructions of each service.

Article 4 (Formation of Service Agreement)

The service agreement is established upon the user's consent to the contents of these terms and conditions and the service provider's acceptance of the user's application for service use.

Article 5 (Application for Service Use)

The application for service use shall be made by the user through the member information screen of the service, recording personal information on the application form required by the service provider.

Article 6 (Acceptance or Rejection of Service Application)

  • ① If the user accurately fills out the required information as stated in Article 5, the service provider may accept the application for service use according to its internal regulations.
  • ② The service provider may restrict partial service use until the reasons for application rejection are resolved, based on reasonable grounds to determine that the information provided is false or suspicious, or for other necessary reasons.
  • ③The service provider may restrict the application for service use in the following cases:
    • 1. When the application is not made under the user's real name.
    • 2. When the application is made using another person's name.
    • 3. When false information is provided in the application form.
    • 4. When an act or expression violates the purpose of the website.
    • 5. When the application is made with the intent to disrupt social order or public morals.
    • 6. When the user fails to meet the requirements for service application set by the service provider.

Article 7 (Changes to Contractual Matters)

Members can access and modify their own information through the member information management. Members are responsible for updating the information they provided at the time of application, and the service provider is not liable for any issues arising from failure to update the information.


Utilization of Personal Information and Retention Period

  • The company utilizes the collected personal information for the following purposes:
    • - Delivery of responses to inquiries regarding quotation and consultation for service provision.
  • The retention period for personal information is as follows:
    • - Member information is not separately accumulated but is retained for a period of 3 years along with customer complaint details.
